• Zihuatanejo International Airport is the only option. The airport code is ZIH.

  • If you plan on arriving in Troncones in time to join us for the Friday Welcome Party, you’ll need to start your travel journey on Thursday.

Please note this is Montana spring break and flight prices may be volatile. A couple of suggestions:

    • A single day of travel may be possible on Delta + Aeromexico via Mexico City

    • The only one-stop option is on American Airlines, with an overnight option in Dallas/IAH.

    • Overnight Alaska flight have two layovers, either in LAX or SEA. This is recommended if you don’t want to take Thursday off from work.

    • You may be able to “hack” a cheaper flight by flying internationally to Mexico city, and then booking a cheaper domestic flight to Zihuatanejo. May require transferring airports.

  • You’ll have two options either on United or American, with only one layover!

  • There no direct flights, but the shortest flight is on Alaska Airlines through LAX and there is an Red-Eye on Aeromexico for those short on time.

    • We have found better routes using Google Flights when looking at one-ways versus round-trips.

    • Download the Mobile Passport App for expedited access through customs upon returning to the US. This has been a lifesaver in Denver for tight connections.
